Welcome customers warmly and create a great first impression
Listen to and accurately document vehicle concerns
Build clear, trustworthy repair estimates and explain recommendations confidently
Communicate efficiently with both technicians and customers
Set realistic expectations and provide updates throughout the repair process
Resolve concerns with professionalism and empathy
Meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction
Use our shop management system efficiently for workflow, communication, and documentation
3+ years experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive repair environment
Solid understanding of automotive systems and repair processes
Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
A positive, solutions-focused attitude and ability to thrive in a busy shop
Computer proficiency and comfort with digital workflow
Valid driver’s license
Competitive, uncapped pay: $75,000 – $130,000+ per year
Full-time schedule: 8 -hour days, Monday–Friday (No weekends)
