What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers warmly and create a great first impression

• Listen to and accurately document vehicle concerns

• Build clear, trustworthy repair estimates and explain recommendations confidently

• Communicate efficiently with both technicians and customers

• Set realistic expectations and provide updates throughout the repair process

• Resolve concerns with professionalism and empathy

• Meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction

• Use our shop management system efficiently for workflow, communication, and documentation

What You Bring

• 3+ years experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive repair environment

• Solid understanding of automotive systems and repair processes

• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills

• A positive, solutions-focused attitude and ability to thrive in a busy shop

• Computer proficiency and comfort with digital workflow

• Valid driver’s license

What We Offer

• Competitive, uncapped pay: $75,000 – $130,000+ per year

• Full-time schedule: 8 -hour days, Monday–Friday (No weekends)
