What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Build strong customer relationships from initial write-up through vehicle delivery
- Listen carefully to vehicle concerns and accurately document repair needs
- Present maintenance and repair recommendations clearly and professionally
- Coordinate communication between technicians and customers throughout the repair process
- Manage workflow efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment
- Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and follow-through
- Utilize digital shop management systems for estimates, approvals, and communication
- Support overall production goals while maintaining integrity and trust
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or Service Writer
- Strong understanding of automotive repair processes and vehicle systems
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working with digital shop workflow systems
- Valid driver’s license
Compensation & Benefits
- $75,000 – $130,000+ per year based on performance
- Monday–Friday schedule — no weekends
