Senior Automotive Service Advisor – Blaine, MN

Trinity Auto Care in Blaine, MN is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

We are a busy independent repair facility with a strong local reputation, consistent vehicle flow, and a team-oriented culture focused on professionalism, communication, and long-term growth.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Build strong customer relationships from initial write-up through vehicle delivery
  • Listen carefully to vehicle concerns and accurately document repair needs
  • Present maintenance and repair recommendations clearly and professionally
  • Coordinate communication between technicians and customers throughout the repair process
  • Manage workflow efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment
  • Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and follow-through
  • Utilize digital shop management systems for estimates, approvals, and communication
  • Support overall production goals while maintaining integrity and trust

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or Service Writer
  • Strong understanding of automotive repair processes and vehicle systems
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working with digital shop workflow systems
  • Valid driver’s license

Compensation & Benefits

  • $75,000 – $130,000+ per year based on performance
  • Monday–Friday schedule — no weekends
