Compensation & Progression
  • Starting base pay varies depending on school background or basic experience
  • Clear path to Flat-Rate/Flag Hour pay ($40–$55+ per hour) as your speed, efficiency, and certifications grow
  • Fully paid training, testing, and study materials for ASE certifications
What We’re Looking For
  • Graduate of an automotive technology program, or basic hands-on maintenance experience (oil changes, tires, brakes)
  • Strong desire to learn, ask questions, and take direction from senior technicians
  • Basic starter tool set (we will help guide you on what you need as you grow)
  • High attention to detail, pride in your work, and a strong work ethic
  • Dependable team player with a positive attitude
  • Valid driver’s license
